Today we are excited to introduce you to one of our new Project Coordinators, Elise! Elise was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and attended San Diego State University where she Graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences: Communication. When Elise is not here doing great things for TVA she enjoys trying out new bars and restaurants in and around Seattle and exploring new parts of the city.
What interested you about TVA?
The mission and values are something I align with. I like knowing that the work I am doing is making a direct impact on the community, and that has been the case so far with what I do at TVA. I also stalked the website and looked at everyone’s bios and thought that they would all be amazing people to work with, and I was right.
What age do you wish you could permanently be and why?
My early twenties because I haven’t really gotten to experience them properly in covid times, and why wouldn’t you want to be in your twenties forever?
What fictional place would you most like to go and why?
The Hundred Acre Woods. I loved Winnie the Pooh stories growing up and I think it would be really cool to be able to go visit that part of my childhood and meet all the adorable characters, especially Pooh Bear.
What is the most impressive thing you know how to do?
Being able to remember random events dates and times – I remember a ton of very random, specific things that have happened over the course of my life down to the date and time that they were happening. Oh, AND I can juggle.
What question would you most like to know the answer to and why?
What is the meaning of life? Not to get too deep but I just want to know why I am here.
